Exchange and Return Policy:

The right to exchange or return is guaranteed for all our customers and applies to all products displayed in our store.
All products on our store are subject to the exchange and return policy in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.
Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
Please take a photo of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number so it can be exchanged if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description provided on our website.
We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product usage that are not mentioned on the product page.
A 30% fee or a minimum of 25 MAD will be deducted if the customer wishes to return a product that is neither defective nor problematic.
